Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags. Any items returned to us without the packaging & tags will not be processed for a refund/exchange.
Enclose original invoice with reason for return.
We do not currently offer free returns; we recommend sending with Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. This seems to be the cheapest option with proof of receipt.
Orders which are returned for an exchange will be processed as soon as the item is delivered back to us. The replacement item will be shipped out the same day, next day delivery with DPD.
Orders which are returned to us for a refund will be processed within 14 days of it being delivered back to us. Once the refund has been processed it may take between 5-10 days to return to your original payment method. Please this note refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control.

All international shipments (outside the U.K) have VAT deducted from the order before checkout. All orders with a shipping address outside of the U.K are liable for paying any import duties or customs charges. Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country.
